RecruitReach is designed to assist high school students and their families in the United States with academic and athletic recruitment processes.

With Other Users (Coaches/Recruiters): With your consent, information you provide in your public profile (academic and athletic performance data) may be visible to and shared with college coaches, recruiters, and other authorized personnel using the RecruitReach platform to facilitate recruitment.
Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data analysis, payment processing, customer service, marketing, and security. These service providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
Affiliates and Partners: We may share your information with our current or future affiliates and business partners for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent fraud, act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or protect against legal liability.

RecruitReach is intended for high school students and their families. While most high school students are 13 years of age or older, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. 7. Security of Your Information
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
